The symptoms of the alleged new disease are those of the detox system; mucus production, fever, inflammation and importantly; extreme tiredness. The fatigue forces the body to rest because it needs to; so that it can heal itself. Sleep is more important than we know. Zach Bush noted in 2020 that every person presenting with the symptoms of ‘covid’ had not slept well in the previous nights. Lack of sleep is another reason people tend to get 'ill' around Christmas.
I was around severely detoxing people; coughing and spluttering in February/March time 2020, I didn't so much as sneeze. Why didn't I catch 'it'?
If the difference between getting ill and not getting ill is my 'immune' system and the fact that I was, unlike my colleagues getting plenty of sleep, we don’t need a viral infection to explain illness.
(Ah yes, but we do need the non-existent virus for the globalist agenda, and we need the fear that viruses can be made in labs (they can't) to keep going so that they can lock us down again, remuzzle us and vaccinate us more this winter.)
Sleep hygiene is a thing. Some helpful points are;
No electronic devices in the bedroom, which is preferably reserved for sleeping and sex
No light pollution, this may mean black out curtains, also important for melatonin production and protecting against certain cancers. Ideally we should not be able to see a hand in front of our faces.
Plenty of fresh air and exercise during the day
Not reading or watching scary or worrying things before sleep
Practicing yoga
Namaste
sweet dreams “... the innocent sleep,
Sleep that knits up the raveled sleave of care,
The death of each day's life, sore labour's bath,
Balm of hurt minds, great nature's second course,
Chief nourisher in life's feast.”
- Shakespeare, Macbeth, 1606 (Act 2, Sc. 2)

More tips from readers';
1. Get early morning Sun directly to your crown chakra, and if you can look at it from your peripheral vision. The retina will also synthesize it along with the pineal gland, as you have stated.
2. Eat your last meal at least 3 hours before bed; and preferably not a big meal.
3. If you drink coffee and have a hard time falling asleep, don't drink it past noon.
4. If you can't fall asleep, put pressure on the last knuckle of either hand, and take a deep breath, hold it in, and in a very short time you will fall asleep, as you let the breath out.
5. And the final tip is, if you can't sleep there are several homeopathic remedies you can take, plus/or breathe in a few drops of lavender.
I would like to add to your list for good sleep.
